Meanwhile….
Tomorrow I’m doing my first book store signing! Scary! Fortunately it’s a signing with friend and fellow Kensington author Beverley Kendall.
Why is it scary, you might wonder. Because one, I tend to hate being the center of attention. And two, book signings are notorious for being uncomfortable. Unless you’re Nora Roberts, most authors sit pathetically by themselves at a table while people walk by and wonder what the heck they’re doing, or worse ask where the bathroom is. Which is why I told Bev I’d only do one if she went with me! The Borders book store where we’ll be signing has been so amazing and sweet, so hopefully it will be less scary and more fun!
