Well, its a new year and of course most people are making goals. I’ve never been one for making new years resolutions, but I’ve been so busy lately, first with my book release and then with the holidays, that really this is the first time I’ve been able to sit down and actually think about what I want to do in the coming months.
Of course I’d love to be in better shape, along with 99% of the population. I like to hike and have no desire to get to the point where I don’t want to go hiking because it’s too exhausting. I also just want to be healthier in general, physically and mentally.
I’m definitely eager to start working on more books and hoping to sell another series. I’m working on one now that I’m very excited about. I’d also like to finish a Young Adult novel. I’ve got a few ideas, but haven’t had time to do much. I also plan to write another free novella sometime soon so keep watching the blog for details!
I have my own office now, yet haven’t been working in it much. So I want to be more organized, actually have a plan for the day and force myself to write in my office where there is no TV to distract.
As for my blog, I plan to keep interviewing authors and I’d like to interview a few of my favorite artists, found mostly on the wonderful Etsy site. And of course I’ll be giving things away!
And finally, I’d like to work on enjoying life more, being grateful for what I have.
How about you? What do you want to work on for this year?
