Well, the home we put an offer on, the home we’ve been waiting for two months to hear about, went to someone else. Their realtor had told us we were the only one’s the bank was working with. Obviously she lied. I would dearly love to mention her name here, to out her, but of course I can’t. Never, ever try to buy a pre foreclosure! Well, unless you don’t actually need the house and just want to flip it.
So far we’ve offered on 5 homes, lost 4. Still waiting on one. I’m exhausted. We’ve never had this problem buying a home before. It’s ridiculous. Will it ever end? Dear God, I hope so!
Lori, that’s a shame. And it’s supposed to be a buyer’s market now. I’m guessing you won’t work with that realtor again, unless you have to. I don’t understand why she lied about it. It doesn’t make sense. I wouldn’t trust her.
